Every 20 minutes, look at something around 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.

Being able to read the bottom line of an eye chart doesn't necessarily mean your eyes are completely healthy.

Some eye conditions develop gradually — and you may adapt to changes in your vision without even realising they're happening.

A comprehensive eye examination isn't only about finding out whether you need glasses. It can also help identify signs associated with conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, diabetes and high blood pressure.
