Here is a happiness excersize:

1. List 50 things that makes you happy
2. You will notice that most of these does not have a material value
3. Ask yourself then: why do you think you will be happy when you have certain material things like a bigger house, fancy car or more money?
4. Rather find happiness now, in the small things, in things that are free.

The present is the greatest gift we have
