We recently asked Michelle to share a favorite moment from her mobile practice. She told us about an anxious rescue dog who wouldn't stop pacing. Without needing to touch or crowd the animal, she simply sat down in the living room and became still. Within ten minutes, the dog settled and let out a massive, full-body sigh. Moments later, the owner let out the exact same sigh of relief. Co-regulation is a beautiful thing and goes to show how deeply pets and their owners are connected.
