WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
(1) LOCAL ENTREPRENEUR
COLOURED MALE
AGE: 35-60 YEARS
We are looking for a naturally expressive local entrepreneur
who feels confident, grounded and authentic based in Joburg
C*D (DA SUPPORTER). They should have a strong connection to their business and community, with apersonality that feels warm, driven and relatable.
They should feel like someone who genuinely understands the realities of running a business and navigating the city.
Their performance should be natural and understated, with their presence carrying a sense of ambition, resilience and
determination.
We open on an entrepreneur in his city shop in Joburg, reflecting on the challenges he faces as a small business owner. We hear him say:

We follow him as he packs up shop and steps into the city street.
CORPORATE MAN
(2) WHITE MALE 30+ YEARS
We are looking for a naturally expressive corporate professional who feels confident, composed and authentic. They should have a mature presence and feel comfortable in a professional environment without appearing overly polished or performative. Their performance should be subtle and grounded, with a sense of ambition, responsibility and thoughtfulness. We want someone who feels like a real working professional navigating life in Johannesburg.
(3) NON FEATURED WHEELCHAIR PERSON
Wheelchair User
Race: Black
AGE: Range: 21+
We are looking for a naturally expressive wheelchair user who feels confident, warm and authentic. They should have a strong presence and personality that comes through naturally on camera.
Their performance should feel grounded and understated, reflecting someone who is resilient, independent and engaged with the world around them. We want their presence to feel genuine and lived-in rather than overly performed.
Please could we ask for self tapes for this artist as we dont want to wheel them around unnecessarily ;)
If Client does ends up featuring them, usage will then be paid.
