Clinical Research Investigator Site Management Organisation (CRISMO), is a Site Management Organisation established in 2015 with its head office based in Germiston, South Africa. We bridge the capacity-building gap in Africa by providing site management systems and operational support to research investigator sites in clinical research and clinical trials through our world-class dedicated research

sites (DRS) and affiliated sites. Our clinical research sites are led by a qualified medical practitioner who is a principal investigator and is supported by a talented team who are GCP trained. We work closely with our clients and partners to understand their needs so that we continue to provide forward-thinking clinical trial ex*****on strategies that meet sponsors' expectations of participant recruitment, quality data collection, and ethical study conduct.

Sometimes, God doesn’t remove the darkness around us - He gives us the strength to shine through it. “The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it.” - John 1:5

🤱 World Breastfeeding Week | 1-7 August 2026 💜

Every breastfeeding journey begins with support, knowledge and confidence.
Breastfeeding is one of the best ways to give your baby a healthy start in life.
Understanding a few simple principles can make all the difference for both mother and baby.

Breastfeeding Tips Every Parent Should Know;

Start within the first hour:
Skin-to-skin contact immediately after birth helps stimulate your baby's natural feeding instincts and encourages successful breastfeeding.

Breastfeed exclusively for the first 6 months:
Breast milk provides all the nutrition and hydration your baby needs, no additional water or food is required during this time.

Feed on demand:
Watch for early hunger cues such as rooting, sucking on hands, or turning the head. Babies should be fed whenever they're hungry, day or night.

Ask for support:
Breastfeeding is a learned skill. Don't hesitate to seek guidance from healthcare professionals, lactation consultants, or community support programmes if you need help.

Continue beyond 6 months:
Once solid foods are introduced, breastfeeding can continue up to two years of age or beyond, providing ongoing nutrition, comfort and protection.

As we step into a brand-new week, remember that no challenge is too great, no obstacle is too high and no dream is too big when God is at the centre of it all.

Whether you're facing a difficult season, stepping into a new appointment, carrying heavy responsibilities, or navigating uncertainty, don't allow fear or doubt to convince you that you cannot make it. God has already gone before you. The road may not be easy, but every setback is an opportunity for growth, every challenge is preparing you for something greater and every hard day is building the strength you'll need for tomorrow.

Walk into this week with confidence. Believe that you will overcome. Believe that you will prevail. Believe that doors will open, mountains will move and what seems impossible today can become your testimony tomorrow, because with God, nothing shall be impossible.
