Keeping in line with a trip down memory lane about the cream, I came across these reviews about the cream when I was making it many years ago. It feels like a lifetime ago. I had always made things for us, friends and family but eventually going on to selling it. Our flagship product is still one of our best sellers.

It occurred to me this weekend that most people don't remember why this business actually began. So let's take a step back in history and share some memories shall we....

My great grandmother, grandmother and mother all worked with and taught me lots about plants,herbs, foods, natural formulas, different conditions etc. I was walked around the garden from birth been taught to touch this, taste that, feel what the plant feels like in different seasons etc. This lead to me making many formulas etc for friends and family alike.
Skip forward to is having our own children. One day when we were moving, I washed everything with a new softener. We had had a lice outbreak at school and I was most definitely not taking them with! Also since we were busy all day with 2 young children we chose Chinese two minute noodles for dinner. The one child had a massive eczema outbreak from head to toe. This was also during an ebola outbreak. Epic timing to bleed head to toe! After 8 hors in the hospital they told us it was the worst case of eczema they had ever seen.
Follow all of this with three months of cling wrapping a young child from neck down to protect his raw skin. Then add every form of cortisone they could throw at a child. I was really worried about the cortisone damage . This inspired me to make soap and cream for him. When he had skin again we tried the new formula. It worked like a bomb! He is now in his twenties and has never had another outbreak like that.
Then friends and family who had the same condition or similar started asking that I make it for them. I did so willingly because the specialist visits etc are enough to bankrupt any family.
Then I was asked why didn't I start selling it? We ( my ever supportive husband and I) ended up in a small flea market with just a few bottles of creams, soaps etc. We didn't even have a gazebo. To my absolute surprise we sold out!
Over the years the formula has grown and expanded into many products.
Each product having the aim of being cost effective, multipurpose and bringing relief to people who otherwise could not afford to take care of their skin conditions.
This has all eventually evolved into a holistic TLC Therapeutic Studio . Where I now practice with a wide array of products and services aiming at holistic care.

At TLC Therapeutic Studio I offer an extensive range of essential oil mixes. We use the oils with a bracelet with volcanic rocks on them.
