Reclaiming Lost Essence: Soul Retrieval & Extractions

In my work, I offer soul recovery and extractions — two central practices in shamanic healing that help restore balance, vitality, and a sense of wholeness.

Soul recovery is the process of retrieving parts of a person’s soul (or energy) that may have split off due to trauma, grief, or shock. When life becomes too overwhelming, parts of our essence sometimes leave to protect us. This can leave us feeling disconnected, numb, or like something is missing. I journey on behalf of the client to locate and bring back these soul parts, gently restoring what was lost.

Extractions involve the removal of energies that do not belong — things that may feel heavy, intrusive, or stagnant. These energies can affect us emotionally, physically, or spiritually. In this work, I clear what is ready to go, allowing the person’s natural life force to flow freely again.

All of this is done in close partnership with my spirit guide, who assists me in every journey and healing session. This work is about deep listening, honoring the unseen, and supporting the soul’s return to its natural rhythm and strength.

Sessions are available both in person and remotely. 🪶💕
