There comes a time when life should be a little simpler, with fewer worries, more time for yourself and the comfort of knowing you're somewhere you truly belong.

At Midlands Manor, we believe retirement should be about enjoying life, making new friendships and having the freedom to live each day your way.

And because everyone's needs are different, we offer both Rental and Life Rights options, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Life Rights: Approximately R800 000 – R1 500 000

🔑 Rentals: Approximately R7 000 – R12 500 per month

A monthly levy applies in addition. Please enquire for current pricing and availability.

We were delighted to have the Mayor Christopher Pappas and Deputy Mayor Sandile Mnikathi join us at Midlands Manor to share in this beautiful milestone and make Sarah's special day even more memorable!

There were smiles, laughter, heartfelt moments and plenty of wonderful memories made along the way.

It's not every day you get to celebrate a whole century of life, and we're so grateful to everyone who helped make Sarah feel so loved and celebrated! ❤️
