Dear Patients,

Dr Jaquire will be going on maternity leave from 20 August 2026 as she prepares to welcome her little one. 🤍

She will return to the practice on 4 January 2027.

We’re pleased to welcome Dr Jen Minnaar, who will be standing in for Dr Jaquire during her maternity leave. Dr Jen will begin seeing patients from 17 August 2026, ensuring continuity of care throughout this period.

We are delighted to announce that, while Dr Jaquire is on maternity leave, Dr Jen Minnaar will join our team as a Family General Practitioner, bringing with her a wealth of experience, a compassionate approach to patient care, and a passion for helping people achieve lifelong health and wellness.

Dr Minnaar will be available to see patients from 17 August until the end of the year.

Dr Minnaar is well known throughout St Francis Bay and Gqeberha, where she has built a reputation for providing holistic, patient-centred care. Her special interests include women's health, functional wellness, and medical aesthetics, empowering women to feel confident, healthy, and at their very best—inside and out.

Whether you're looking for a trusted family doctor, support with hormonal and women's health concerns, weight management guidance and IV wellness infusions, Dr Minnaar offers personalised care tailored to your individual needs.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Minnaar has a deep passion for medical teaching and education, particularly in the fields of HIV and Tuberculosis, where she has played an important role in educating and mentoring healthcare professionals.
