My practice is based on a positive ethos model, as I BELIEVE that all individuals have the ability to face challenges and achieve positive outcomes, but at times, need some assistance to identify their own inner strength, which they could use (and rely on) to become the best version of themselves. 2023 is quickly coming to an end, with only 42 days left before a new chapter begins. For some things might be slowing down, while for others these last days might be even more chaotic and stressful (with a long to do list before the festive season). Please remember you are HUMAN and be KIND to yourself as well.
