Most childhood diarrhoea settles on its own within a few days. The priority is hydration, not food. Keep offering fluids, watch closely for signs of dehydration, and seek medical attention if your child appears unwell or is unable to maintain adequate fluid intake.
A child who is drinking, passing urine, alert, and gradually improving can usually be managed safely at home while their body clears the infection. ππΆπ§
