Reflect on which possessions, habits, or relationships represent who you were versus who you're becoming.

Growth isn't only about adding new things to your life; it's also about recognizing what no longer belongs. Sometimes we hold onto possessions that reflect old versions of ourselves, habits that once helped us survive but now keep us stuck, or relationships built around an identity we've already outgrown.

Ask yourself: What am I carrying because it genuinely aligns with my values today, and what am I carrying out of familiarity, fear, obligation, or nostalgia? Are the people around me supporting my growth, or are they reinforcing patterns I've been trying to leave behind? Do my daily routines move me closer to the life I want, or keep me repeating the life I've already experienced?

Hidden truths refuse to remain hidden. Whatever has been ignored, avoided, suppressed, or rationalized begins pushing its way into conscious awareness.

A Full Moon amplifies whatever already exists. If there is peace within you, it expands. If there is chaos within you, it becomes impossible to ignore. This is not punishment. It is revelation.

Pay attention to what surfaces over these next few days. Unexpected conversations, emotional reactions, endings, breakthroughs, or uncomfortable realizations are not random. They reveal unconscious patterns that have been governing your life from the shadows. You can no longer outrun what your own psyche is trying to show you.

Every Full Moon completes the story that began at the New Moon. Two weeks ago, the New Moon in Cancer invited you to examine your emotional foundation, your sense of safety, your upbringing, your attachments, inherited beliefs, and the fears rooted in your past.
