I’ve started taking our Pilates sessions off the mat and onto the narrow wall of our showjumping arena, and it’s been such a powerful shift.

The wall isn’t about making things harder. It simply gives instant feedback. If we’re not aligned or fully present, we feel it straight away. That naturally brings more focus, better control, and deeper core connection.
Being outside adds another layer 🍃 breathing more freely, slowing down, and moving with more awareness instead of rushing through exercises.

For me, this is about making Pilates more real… more connected to how we actually move in everyday life.
