Last Sunday, on a beautiful sunny winter's day, a group of wonderful women gathered in a magical yoga studio in Delta Park. ❤️

For a few precious hours, we stepped away from the busyness of life to release stress, learn about our chakras, and reconnect with ourselves.✨
