The most asked question in Ectopic Pregnancy is “Will I still be able to fall pregnant?” In many cases, the answer is yes , especially if the remaining fallopian tube and o***y are healthy. Every case is different, which is why early diagnosis and treatment are so important.

It’s never the surgeries that humble you… it’s the little things afterwards. 🤣

Does heartburn during pregnancy mean your baby will have lots of hair? 🤰

This is one of the most common questions I get from expecting moms.

The short answer is: No.

While many people believe that heartburn means your baby will be born with a full head of hair, there isn’t enough scientific evidence to prove that this is true. It’s a popular pregnancy myth that has been passed down for generations.

Heartburn during pregnancy is most commonly caused by hormonal changes and the growing uterus putting pressure on the stomach.

If you’re experiencing severe or persistent heartburn, speak to your healthcare provider about safe ways to manage it during pregnancy.

Did you experience heartburn during your pregnancy? And was your baby born with lots of hair? Let us know in the comments! 👇🏽

When should I have my first gynae visit? 🌸

Your first period is a great time to schedule your first visit with a gynaecologist. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn about the changes happening in your body, ask all the questions you’ve been wondering about, and have important conversations about menstrual health, the HPV vaccine, and your future reproductive health.

You can read more on this topic on the GynaeWorx App. ❤️
