Physiotherapists are medical professionals that go to medical school to get their degree.

They are musculoskeletal experts that assess, diagnose and treat conditions/ injuries to the body.

They take a holistic (whole-body) approach, addressing not only the physical aspects of your well-being, but also your emotional, psychological and social well-being.

Their treatment includes prevention, education, intervention, rehabilitation, and treatment. The goal of a physiotherapist is to improve your quality of life.

We use physical methods like myofascial release, dry needling, strapping, electrotherapy machines & exercises/ researched based rehabilitation.

All which are evidence practice.

We also can send you for xrays or ultrasounds ro get a clear idea of your diagnosis as well as refer you on to other necessary medical specialists.

We also offer maintenance programs / treatments so you don't have to be in pain to see us. We also work with medical aids so you are able to claim for your treatments. The smart plan is a great program that Discovery has offered and soon the back and neck program.
