Calling all fierce spirits!✨

Have you ever felt the whisper of a wild, Untamed force deep within you? It’s time to lean in.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the wild woman archetype, that raw, primal wisdom we all carry. The spark for this workshop actually came from an amazing suggestion during a session: “What about women running with wolves?”

I am so excited to announce that I'll be hosting an Archetype Art Workshop, When the Wild Woman Rises, the Pack Rises with Her. This is more than an art class it’s a call to unleash your true nature, express your inner truth, and find deep connection with a new pack.

This workshop will feature:

🌕 Archetype exploration: DIVE into the power of the wolf spirit, the moon, and the warrior woman archetype.

🐺 Mixed media art: Express your untamed self through bold art and creative exploration (no experience needed!).

✨ Sacred sisterhood: Experience a deep connection and community as we unlock our fierce inner fire together.

Join John Herman for an immersive evening of gong sound, vibration, and deep relaxation. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience working with sound, John creates a gentle yet very powerful space where participants can slow down, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a quieter layer of themselves.

At the heart of his work is a carefully curated collection of sacred gongs, each chosen with intention and played in a way that honours the tradition and lineage through which he trained. The sound moves through the body in profound ways, supporting balance, presence, and inner stillness.

There was a beautiful sense of slowing down and coming home to the body at Sunday’s Fascia Release Workshop with Vaughn Hurly

Through guided movement, breathwork, fascia release techniques, and nervous system regulation practices, participants were invited to listen more deeply to their bodies and explore where tension, stress, and old holding patterns may be stored.

The afternoon unfolded gently, creating space for greater mobility, relaxation, awareness, and connection. There were moments of challenge, curiosity, release, and discovery as participants explored new ways of moving and relating to their bodies.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Vaughn for sharing his knowledge, experience, and grounded approach to healing through movement.

There was a beautiful sense of curiosity and quiet discovery in the garden at Windrush Studio on Sunday afternoon as participants gathered for Soul Collage & Cacao with Nicci from Palette Pop Studio

Beginning with intention setting and ceremonial cacao, the group was invited to slow down, connect inward, and explore the theme Pieces of You through intuitive collage-making.

Using images, symbols, textures, words, and colour, each person created a unique reflection of their inner world. Some collages were bold and expressive, others subtle and contemplative, each carrying its own story, meaning, and insight.

The garden filled with quiet focus, creativity, and reflection, reminding us that art can be a powerful way to connect with ourselves beyond words.

A heartfelt thank you to Nicci and everyone who joined us for this beautiful afternoon of creativity, connection, and self-discovery 🌿
