✨ MIA & MIS | 50-HOUR Myofascial Integrated Alignment and Myofascial Integrated Stretching Training ✨

Learn. Align. Transform.

What if you could understand the body beyond individual muscles and begin to see movement through the interconnectedness of the myofascial meridian lines?

I’m excited to offer a comprehensive 50-hour MIA & MIS Training in Myofascial Integrated Alignment and Myofascial Integrated Stretching, drawing on my specialist education with Dylan Werner and my own years of experience as a yoga teacher.

Together, we’ll explore how the myofascial lines influence movement, posture and alignment—and how to apply this understanding intelligently and practically to your own practice and teaching.

🌿 In this training, you’ll explore:

• The myofascial meridian lines and their relationship to movement
• Anatomy through the lens of movement
• Creating space and releasing restrictions
• Mobility, alignment and functional movement
• Myofascial stretching techniques
• Hands-on tools and practical applications
• Sequencing strategies for intelligent, holistic movement
• How to integrate this knowledge into your teaching and personal practice

This is a training for yoga teachers, movement professionals and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the body and learn to move—and teach—with greater intelligence and awareness.

✨ HONOUR THE WISDOM OF IMAGINATION ✨

We often place so much value on what we know — on facts, experience, certainty, and what we can see right in front of us.

But there is another kind of wisdom that asks us to step beyond what is known.

Imagination.

Imagination allows us to see possibility where there are no guarantees. To dream beyond our current circumstances. To explore what might be possible before we have all the answers.

Perhaps your practice is an invitation to soften the need to know.

To become curious.

To create space for something new to emerge.

On your mat, let yourself move without needing to have it all figured out. Breathe into the spaces of uncertainty. Rest in the possibility that there may be more available to you than you can currently see.

Because sometimes, the greatest shifts begin when we stop asking, “What do I know?”

And start wondering,

“What else might be possible?”

🌀 Move. Breathe. Imagine.
And trust the wisdom that lives beyond what you already know. Thank you Kirstin Mendanha for broadening my imagination 📸 Renelle Rampersad

As you move through your practice, remember that yoga is not about achieving the perfect shape. We do not use our bodies to get into the poses; we use the poses to get into our bodies. Each posture is an opportunity to listen, to feel, and to connect more deeply with yourself. Let the poses be a doorway to awareness, inviting you to inhabit your body with curiosity, presence, and compassion. The true practice lies not in how the pose looks, but in how fully you experience it from within.

Yesterday we gathered to pause, breathe, float, and simply be. 🌕✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Echoes of Water Floating Sound Journey on the eve of the Full Moon. It was such a privilege to hold space for you as you surrendered into the water, allowing the sound, stillness, and gentle support of the float to carry you.

In a world that so often asks us to do more, this evening was a reminder of the power of simply being. The Full Moon invites us to release what no longer serves us, honour how far we’ve come, and make space for what is ready to unfold.

May you carry that sense of peace, softness, and spaciousness with you into the days ahead. Remember that rest is not the absence of growth—it is often where healing begins, clarity returns, and our deepest wisdom quietly rises to the surface.

Thank you for trusting me with your journey. I look forward to floating with you again soon. 🤍

Yoga teaches us that growth is not about perfection, but about showing up again and again with courage, humility, and an open heart.
As Samuel Beckett reminds us:
“Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.”
So today, give yourself permission to wobble, to fall out, to begin again.
Each breath is another chance.
Each attempt is progress.
And every time we return to the mat, we return a little wiser, a little stronger, and a little more compassionate with ourselves.

Today we gather at a unique meeting point in time — Father’s Day, International Yoga Day, and the Winter Solstice.

The Winter Solstice reminds us that even in the longest night, the light returns. International Yoga Day celebrates the practice that helps us connect, grow, and age with grace. Father’s Day invites us to honour those who have guided, protected, supported, and nurtured us — whether they are fathers, father figures, mentors, or the steady presence within ourselves.

May we reflect on the qualities of strength and softness, wisdom and wonder, resilience and renewal. May we honour those who have helped shape our journey, give thanks for the lessons of the past, and welcome the returning light with open hearts.
