I don't think I've trully ever had su1cidal ideations before, howver, if I'm being honest, if I didn't have kids, I probably would have ended it by now. I love my daughters with every fibre of my being and I can't imagine escaping this reality and leaving them behind to face it alone.

Sitting with the sadness.
Today is one of those days where I truly just want to sit and cry. To sit with my sadness and just feel it. It's crazy that I don't even feel strong enough to cry.
I think admitting that you're, that I am sad is so scary, It's scary because I am afraid to admit to myself how long I've felt this way. You know you are sad when in a group full of people you wish someone would see through you and know that you are just sad, that you feel very sad.
I get even sadder when I think about how long I've been feeling this way.
I've had good days and some very low days but I have fought so hard to keep my head above water.
It is hard. I keep fighting hoping to find a space and time where I will feel truly safe, safe to be vulnerable without the need to keep any facade, any wall any guard.
I am tired.
