One participant completed all four pre-course lesson groups in a single session. Another spread their study across 19 days.

Both walked in ready.

That's the argument for self-paced pre-learning. It removes the barrier — "I don't have a full week free" — without removing the depth.

This is from the first CMMS Hybrid Intensive run for an international hand therapy society. We're sharing the data publicly because we believe this format should be the standard for advanced hand therapy CPD — not a one-off experiment.

If you lead CPD for a society, hospital department, or university programme, this is what structured pre-learning compliance looks like. Not aspirational. Actual numbers from a real cohort.

Most CPD workshops have the same problem — participants arrive at different levels of readiness and the day gets pitched at the middle. Time gets wasted. Clinical application gets compressed.

For the SSRM intensive, pre-course completion was required, structured, and tracked. Here's when the work actually happened.

Teal = when each participant started. Orange = when they finished their last lesson group.

Some began four weeks early. Some finished the week before. The spread is the point — self-paced learning meets clinicians where they are, without lowering the bar.

Every single person who completed the pre-course work arrived ready on course day.

That's not a soft outcome. That's a design that works.

In June we ran a CMMS One-Day Intensive for the Swiss Hand Society in Fribourg, Switzerland. Before anyone walked through the door, every participant had already completed four structured online lesson groups.

I tracked every submission. This is what that looked like.

Each row is one participant. Each coloured square is a lesson group — G1 Foundations through G4 MCRP Theory. The connecting line is their full study window.

12 of 12 arrived prepared. The in-person day started at application level — not introduction level. No teaching time spent on content that could have been delivered asynchronously.

That's the difference the hybrid format makes. And this is the first time I've had the data to show it.

Post-course outcomes incoming.

GHR-SSRM CMMS Hybrid Course in Fribourg, Switzerland.

I am still buzzing from the excitement of having spent a day with the Swiss Hand Society and the team of hand therapists who came to learn CMMS.

We designed this course as a Hybrid course so that therapists could attend the course, with complete CMMS knowledge and then consolidate learning concepts and perfect practical skills at the 1 day event

All therapists completed the CMMS online course prior to attending the course which amounts to 12 hours of online material.

The therapists came to the course with complete CMMS knowledge. This enabled me to deliver 3 very advanced lectures and then spend time on practical demonstrations and perfecting CMMS cast applications, without over whelming students.

This was a brilliant format and I feel that by the end of the day I was able to share everything I know about CMMS.

Therapists now have the option to use CMMSPro.AI as a virtual mentor, in their native language to get personalised and individual mentoring from me through the AI mentor, 24/7.

When we demonstrated CMMSPro.AI we all had a little laugh at the responses as it was clearly my voice, instructions, advice that had already resonated throughout the day. It has been built to only provide the best and most accurate advice, in a mentoring style according to the therapists level of skill and expertise.

I am immensely grateful to Pauline Chèvre and Lisa Haymos for all their hard work behind the scenes and on the day. You delivered a truly unforgettable experience for us all.

My heart is full.

With love

Robyn ❤️

Packing for a clinical journey looks different than packing for a holiday.

It's not about clothes. It's about being ready to hold space for a room full of experienced clinicians who are going to challenge every assumption you bring.

The Switzerland Hand Society has some of the most skilled hand therapists in Europe. Walking in with CMMS means walking in with something you can defend — slide by slide, case by case, question by question.

That preparation is a practice of its own.

3 days to Zurich. 🧳

25 years. 15 countries. One methodology.

CMMS was built in the clinic — refined case by case, failure by failure, breakthrough by breakthrough.

When the Switzerland Hand Society reached out, I knew this wasn't just a training trip. It was confirmation that structured clinical reasoning travels. That the principles hold anywhere in the world.

In one week I leave for Zurich. This is what it looks like when a clinical lifetime becomes a movement.
