🌱 Feeling overwhelmed? Try the 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Technique. 🌱
When anxiety and stress takes over, the grounding techniques can help bring you back to the present moment.

This exercise helps shift your attention away from anxious thoughts and reconnect you with the present moment. Remember, it's okay to pause, breathe, and take things one step at a time.

When you are burned out, even simple tasks feel like climbing a mountain. You might feel disconnected, irritable, or like you have nothing left to give.

Remember these three truths:
🌱 Rest is not a reward. Everyone needs to pause and reset.
🌱 Setting boundaries. Protecting your energy means setting firm boundaries, even with people you love.
🌱 You cannot pour from an empty cup.
Taking care of yourself is the first step to being able to show up for your life.
Healing from burnout doesn’t happen overnight. It starts with small, daily choices to choose yourself.
