Our brains work in different states. We generally spend our conscious time in the Beta state and sometimes in Alpha (deep concentration/day dreaming/best new ideas/in the zone) state. Delta is a deep sleep state. Theta is a deeply relaxed brain wave state where REM occurs, it is the subconscious part of our minds. We store our beliefs in our subconscious and it is through our subconsciousness that

we heal or change them. By using meditation we can access these beliefs and change negative beliefs into positive ones. This can also be achieved through learning basic mindfulness skills. As an Advanced Practitioner of Theta Healing® I am able to help the client achieve a theta state (while awake and relaxed) where they can of their free will begin to heal or resolve problems from the past or which they are currently experiencing. Through Theta Healing® we are able to address & help with issue such a weight, finding a soul mate, trauma, manifesting abundance, feelings and general daily coping skills for the stressed lives we live.
