After an incredibly special season of maternity leave, I’m excited to officially be back at work.💚

This time away gave me the opportunity to focus on family, reflect, grow, and return with a renewed sense of purpose and perspective. I’m excited to reconnect, collaborate, and dive back into the work I’m passionate about.

Grateful for the support from colleagues, patients, friends, and family during this chapter — and looking forward to what’s ahead.

Here’s to new beginnings fresh energy, and balancing both career and motherhood. 💫

✨Meet our new locum Biokineticist ~ Conor McNamara✨

Favourite quote: “The chains of habit are too light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken.” - Warren Buffett⛓️

Favourite sport: I love anything with a ball but have been obsessed with padel for the last couple years🎾

Where did I grow up: Born in Cape Town and raised in the city of diamonds, Kimberley💎

Why Biokinetics: Biokinetics became personal for me before it became a career. After struggling with a back injury in my teenage years, working with a Biokineticist was what helped me rebuild strength and trust in my body again. That journey inspired me to become the kind of practitioner who makes that same difference for others🤸🏼‍♀️

Favourite part of the job: I love helping people unlock their potential. Whether it’s returning from injury or improving performance, seeing consistent progress and knowing I’ve played a role in that journey is what drives me🏃

Life motto: I believe that what you do consistently shapes who you become. Our habits determine our destiny⭐️
