From one Human to Another.

I was reflecting on a couple of things throughout my day and some experiences I have had in the last week.

I hope that this insight can touch you in whatever way that it needs to.

The air and the world around us is filled with uncertainty and anxiety. There are so many shifts and changes and energies pulling us into so many directions that our minds might feel cluttered, our emotions rampant and our bodies unwell or injured . I’m sure you have felt it in some shape or form, consciously or subconsciously. So many feelings and emotions that come up in us or even experiencing things in life that can feel out of control or chaotic.
These collective shifts affects us in so many ways and can put us in a trauma response based off of past events that we have gone through collectively on a global scale. it makes it hard not to fall victim to it. This creates a collective energy pool that these events react to and is set in motion making it feel like it just does not end.

Staying positive is key but how do we do that?
We need to stay centred in ourselves and holding the space in our own circle.
Ask yourself, what do you need? It may look different right now to what you thought it would. It may need to change for a little while. But reflecting truthfully on this question will start to bring some steadiness.
Allowing the chaos to flow with the understating that it is simply energy. Fighting against it is exhausting, a leakage of energy that need not be happening.
You may find that this becomes possible, when you choose, to apply a different perspective on each situation that you are experiencing.
It does not mean that we choose light and put blinkers on and ignore the dark. It means that we chose to shine our light in the dark. Everything is light and dark. Life is duality. Nothing can exist without duality. When we chose to look at situations in the dark for what they are and simply hold a space for them with love we start to shift our perspective. We chose a course of action that can start to shift situations.
Let’s take fear for example. Fear is a feeling that notifies us that something needs our attention. Should we choose to look at it we may find the answer on how to shift it instead of running away from it.
Anger for example is not a negative feeling. It is there to teach us about ourselves. We can choose to have a positive reaction to anger that turns it into a positive response.
Whatever it may be that each of us are experiencing right now, sink inwards into your inner guidance, the highest expression of yourself to guide you and transform each little part of who you are to shift your experiences into situations that you can learn from, change if need be, or alter course for a while. Allow yourself to flow with the ebb and flow of life and its situations with ease and with as little resistance as possible.
And in turn, because you are holding space for yourself, your light shines outward causing ripple effects of positivity in this network of cause and effect that we call life.

With love.

As a Fascia and Trauma Release (FTR) practitioner I focus on restoring my patients fascia(connective tissue) to optimal function, working with stress/trauma stored in the body through a practical application and or telepathically, by treating any ailments or injuries, focusing on scar tissue as well as pre and post operation recovery. In my treatments I focus on the Autonomic Nervous System and Cranial holds as well as balancing the body’s energy flow. I teach my patients basic exercises and muscle activations that can be done at home as a way to assist their bodies in every day life.

So what is Fascia?
Fascia or, our body’s connective tissue is the network of fibrous connective tissue. You’ve seen it when you skin a chicken breast—the filmy layer between the skin and meat. Fascia used to be removed during dissection to see the “important” stuff: the muscles, organs, bones, nerves, arteries, etc. We know now that fascia is the important stuff because it forms a complex network that reaches everywhere in the body. Fascia is all the soft connective tissue including fascial sheets such as the plantar fascia, the tendons, ligaments, bursae, the fascia in and around muscles, and the membranes around the brain, spinal cord and nerves.
If everything was removed from your body except the fascia, the shape would still be recognizable as you. Fascia is what actually holds us up and together (not muscles and bones), so understanding fascia is essential to understanding movement. The fascia’s most obvious job is to help body parts move together as it wraps around layers of muscle to slide easily as they contract and release (flex and extend). Besides movement and flexibility, fascia maintains equilibrium (balance and functionality). Fascia’s other job is to guard injured tissue. When trauma or stress occurs, the web of connective tissue changes to protect the injured area; it also holds emotions from trauma and shock or stress. Healthy fascia enhances proprioception (knowing where your body is in space.) As one of the largest sensory organs m, it is a major communication network within the body.
