Knysna Sedgefield Hospice delivers 5 star accredited, home based care to those with life threatening illnesses. This care is provided free of charge to all who meet our admission criteria, regardless of age, race, creed or gender. We rely solely on the generosity of donors to allow us to continue to provide this quality care and support to our local community.

What an unforgettable evening it was as we celebrated 40 years of Knysna Sedgefield Hospice!

To every supporter, donor, volunteer, staff member, patient, family and friend who has been part of our journey over the past four decades—thank you. Your generosity, compassion and belief in hospice care have made 40 years of caring for our community possible.

Our heartfelt thanks to Simola Golf, Hotel & Spa for your exceptional hospitality and incredible team, who helped bring this special evening to life. To Waterford Estate for so generously supplying the wines that perfectly complemented the celebration. And to the extraordinary Anna Davel and her talented musicians for a performance that made the evening truly unforgettable.

As we celebrate this incredible milestone, we look ahead with hope and excitement as we open the door to the next 40 years of compassionate care.
