Winter njummies and immune booster.

BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF.

Chicken, beef or veggie stock/bone broth.

Keep the bones from your daily meals. They are great for bone broth and stock.

Chicken -
1 whole chicken's bones.
1 or 2 celery sticks
1 or 2 carrots
1 onion
Salt & pepper
Any herbs you like
Half a cup of apple cider vinegar
Few liters of water.
All in a slow cooker and cook it on auto for 12 hours. Topping up the water if needed.
Strain and use. You can keep a 750ml bottle in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze the rest.

Beef bone -
6 or 8 shin bones or any other that you keep from the week's meals.
1 or 2 celery sticks
1 or 2 carrots
1 onion
Salt & pepper
Any herbs you like
Half a cup of apple cider vinegar
Few liters of water.
All in a slow cooker and cook it on auto for 24 hours. Topping up the water if needed.
Strain and use. You can keep a 750ml bottle in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze the rest.

Drink half a cup to a cup per day, with a meal.
