Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) vs Benign Prostate Hypertrophy (BPH)...

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and hypertrophy are often used interchangeably to describe an enlarged prostate, but there's a subtle difference in the underlying process. BPH is a condition where the prostate gland enlarges due to an increase in both the number of prostate cells (hyperplasia) and the size of individual cells (hypertrophy). While both processes contribute to the enlarged prostate, hyperplasia refers to an increase in the number of cells, while hypertrophy refers to an increase in the size of individual cells.

Hydrocele

A fluid-filled sac around a testicle, often first noticed as swelling of the sc***um.
Men can develop hydroceles, sometimes due to inflammation or injury.
Hydroceles are usually painless, but may become large and inconvenient. An ultrasound may be required to diagnose the condition.
Treatment may require aspiration or in more severe cases, surgery.
