This week we made a custom thermoplastic Wrist Thumb Orthosis for a IT specialists that suffered a scaphoid fracture.

The splint was designed to support and immobilize the wrist and thumb, whilst still allowing functionality for him to comfortably use his computer mouse and continue with his daily work.

The brace was especially moulded over his high functioning computer mouse.

Each splint is individually customised.

Our goal is always to help patients maintain function, independence, and the ability to keep doing what they love.
