My horse’s pelvis rotated because of a compensating shoulder caused by a fascial restriction linked to C6/C7…
my saddle fitter is more educated than my high school teachers…
my therapist got rear-ended, adjusted her own spine, thanked Jesus, the SAPS, her chiropractor, her Lyno practitioner AND still made it to the yard on time”

Meanwhile me:
“Anyway your horse just needs a nervous system reset and probably a lactic flush.”

Also somewhere this week:
• fascia treatment happened in the back of a car
• rugby players got bodywork between road trips
• there was deep discussion about trauma stored in fascia
• and then immediately after:
“Which Navara has the best ground clearance?”

And honestly?

So who am I ?

CEO of controlled chaos at Equestrian Excellence.
BSc brain, fascia hands, and a nervous system that reads horses better than most people read texts.

I don’t “massage.” I dismantle compensation patterns, bully the diaphragm into behaving, and convince fascia to stop lying to the brain.
If your horse is falling in, drifting out, or “just being quirky”… it’s not. It’s a pattern. And I will find it.

Half my life is spent on dusty showgrounds, the other half explaining to riders that their left seat collapse is not a personality trait.
Structure dictates function. Fascia holds the receipts.

Internationally qualified. Locally relentless.
Built a business in a pandemic, scaled it across countries, and still somehow end up doing COD follow-ups like it’s a personality test.

Courses. Treatments. Taping. Cupping. Nervous system resets.
If it connects horse ↔ rider ↔ brain, I’m in.

Equal parts science, instinct, and “this horse just told me something you’re not ready to hear.”

You don’t just walk into a horse’s space.
You’re allowed in.

And that’s a privilege most people will never fully understand.

Because a horse doesn’t care about your titles, your achievements, your ego…
They feel your nervous system before you even touch them.

And when they soften… when they breathe you in and say “you’re safe here” —
something in you shifts too.

They heal parts of you you didn’t even know were tight.
Quietly. Intentionally. Without asking for anything back.

That’s the exchange.
That’s the work.
That’s why this matters.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵—

Taking a short pause… but only to come back sharper.

The past few weeks have been full — prepping horses, fine-tuning bodies, and getting every athlete ready for the intensity of Easter Festival. It’s been an absolute privilege to be part of that process with all of you.

We’ll be stepping away from 8 April – 13 April.

Not a full stop — just a reset.

We’ll be back from the 14th, ready to:
• help your horses recover properly
• clear post-show compensation
• and start prepping for what’s next

With this gap in between, bookings are already filling up fast — so if your horse needs a post-show reset or pre-show prep, I’d recommend securing your slot sooner rather than later.
