There's a version of Comrades training that sounds poetic when you look back on it. The 4 am wake-up calls. The roads you know better than your own living room. The dogs that have made a full-time job of startling you at the same gate, every single morning, with the same level of outrage. The potholes you sidestep in your sleep.
You’ve spent months training your legs, your instincts, your patience, and building the particular kind of stubbornness that gets a person from Durban to Pietermaritzburg on foot.
On race day, while you take on every one of those 87 kilometres, we’ll be on them too; monitoring the route in real time, keeping fans moving and the road clear from the start gun to the final cutoff.
. We're proud to be on the road with you.
