You can be strong. You can train consistently. You can run, lift, do CrossFit and still feel like your breathing is holding you back.

That feeling of constantly needing more air, breathing too quickly, getting out of breath sooner than you think you should, or feeling anxious during training isn’t always about fitness.

Sometimes, your breathing pattern is part of the problem.

If you’re mostly breathing through your upper chest, taking bigger and faster breaths, or staying stuck in a high-alert breathing pattern, your body can start treating exercise like a threat rather than something it can adapt to.

The good news? Breathing is trainable.

You can teach your breath to work with your body not against it so you can move, train and perform with ease.

You’re not broken. You just may never have been taught how to train your breathing properly.

Not who you used to be. I am 46, and in perimenopause. Still trying new things, still feeling a little silly, but I show up. This lift wasn’t perfect and that’s fine, because your breath needs training just as much as your body does. One doesn’t exist without the other.

Your pelvic floor, your anxiety, being out of breath in training. These are not three separate things.

They’re all part of one thing, how you breathe. That’s what usually gets missed. So as women, we end up managing symptoms instead of the cause.

I believe every woman deserves to understand how her body works, starting with her breath.

I was a yoga teacher. I had no idea my own breathing pattern was broken.
Pregnant, sitting in a prenatal class, being cued to breathe through a golden straw, felt worse, not calmer.
That sent me down a rabbit hole into the female body, breathing patterns, functional breathing. What I learned: a broken pattern keeps your nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight. Doesn’t matter what else you try, if that’s off, nothing else holds.
I see this constantly in the women I work with. Postpartum, doing everything right, still not feeling like themselves.
You’re not broken. The root just hasn’t been addressed yet.
Has anyone ever actually looked at your breathing pattern? Or has it always just been “breathe deeper, you’ll be fine”? 👇
I’m Eloise. I help women retrain their breath through The Frey Method Reset, built from the breath up. Message me START if this sounds familiar.

When your breath is shallow and held, your nervous system reads it as a threat signal.
Not sometimes. Constantly.
This is where the anxiety that won’t settle comes from. This is where the pelvic floor that won’t release comes from.
Slow nasal breathing tells your nervous system: safe. Regulated. Not an emergency.
That’s what The Stack does. Every single day.

Runners, your pelvic floor absorbs impact every single stride.
If your breath timing is off, your pressure system is off, and your pelvic floor is managing load it shouldn’t have to manage alone.
This is why some runs feel fine and others don’t. It’s not fitness. It’s pressure management.
Your cycle affects it too.

My book is live. 🌿
Rhythm Reset - The Breath Coach's Guide to Your Pelvic Floor, Cycle, Training and Nervous System.
I wrote it because women kept coming to me after years of symptoms they'd been told were "just part of being a woman."
The leaking. The heaviness. The training sessions that make no sense. The anxiety that lives in the body.
None of it is random. None of it is permanent. And it almost always starts with breath.
If you know a woman who trains, runs, had a baby, or has a pelvic floor she doesn't fully understand, this is for her.

Is this you? 👇
Women and athletes who are done with surface, level fixes.
🌬️ Mamas who don’t feel at home in their own body since birth.
🌬️ Women who have tried everything for leaking, pressure or tension, except their breath.
💪 Athletes who are fit and consistent but still hitting a ceiling.
🧘 Anyone who carries their anxiety in their chest, not just their head.
If that’s you, I’d love to chat.
