VOLUNTEER SOCIAL WORKERS NEEDED
Start Date: 20 July 2026

Join our dedicated team in Atlantis or Observatory and help support individuals and families affected by substance use.

What You’ll Be Involved In
Assessments with new clients, including family participation

Individual counselling using Motivational Interviewing

Family counselling during crisis, treatment, and recovery planning

Early interventions: telephonic, email, and walk‑in support

Group therapy (co‑facilitating):

Motivational group (adults)

Adolescent lifeskills group

Drama/Art therapy group

Family workshop

Psychoeducational lectures

Weekly supervision (individual & group) with senior clinicians

Case discussions & peer support

Administration: file notes, reports, statistics

Who We’re Looking For
Qualified Social Workers

Passionate about addiction work and community impact

Able to commit consistent weekly volunteer hours

Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
