This fun gang is here to help you stay on track with the medication your doctor has prescribed, while building a cool collection along the way.
Here’s how it works:

Visit a participating pharmacy to join the programme. You’ll receive your Toby Tock Tracker Booklet, Toby Tock character card and first sticker set.

Each month, when you or your parent return to collect your prescribed medication, a brand-new character card and sticker set will be waiting for you.

Perimenopause is a natural stage of life, but that doesn't mean it always feels easy. ♀️

While many people associate it with hot flushes, the changes can begin years before menopause and may include symptoms that often go unrecognised. Along with irregular periods, night sweats, mood changes and brain fog, some women also experience joint and muscle aches, headaches, heart palpitations, changes in libido, dry skin or eyes and difficulty sleeping. Understanding these symptoms is empowering. The more we talk about perimenopause, the easier it becomes for women to recognise the signs, seek advice and know they're not alone.
