It has been a while since I have been active on social media, I think everyone cam relate that every year just goes by faster and faster... Time flies when you are having fun🤸♀️👐😃
I thought it was about time to pop in and say hello.
I am Annelize Lucas, owner and Physiotherapist at Annelize Lucas Physiotherapy.
For those who are new to the page/ does not know me, here is a little something about me...
I am originally from Kimberley, married a "Booishaaier" 💙 and eventually moved to Paarl 5 years ago, when I opened my practice on Boschenmeer Golf Estate. We have a little daughter who is the cutest little thing in the world and two dogs. In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends. I Love good food, good music and good wine, love being outdoors, running, cycling, hiking, gardening... in general loves an adventure 🤩.
As a Physio, I graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2014. I am truly passionate about what I do. I love helping others, and luckily that's what I get to do daily (or at least try my best to do😊). My special interests in the field include any acute injuries or Musculoskeletal pain, chronic back and neck pain, post operative management and rehabilitation, neuro rehabilitation and geriatrics. Helping patients recover from their injuries/ pain and help them regain function, return to highest level of function and re-ingegrate to life as before.
I am also a qualified BASI Pilates instructor and really enjoy each class to the fullest.
