🌱 A new season. Another year around the sun. And two years of Root & Rise 🌿
As spring arrives, I find myself pausing for a moment to look back…
At the souls who have crossed my path.
The ones who stayed for a while, the ones who passed through, and the ones who shared just a single moment of breath with me.
Thank you.
Thank you for showing up.
For sharing your stories, your laughter, your stillness, your struggles and your little pieces of life.
For the quiet support, the encouragement, the messages, the likes, the presence — and everything in between.
Every connection has meant something.
I am grateful for the heights I've reached — the moments that reminded me of what I am capable of.
And I am equally grateful for the lows — for the lessons, the stretching, the growing and the becoming that could only happen there.
Root & Rise has taught me that growth isn't always about reaching higher.
Sometimes it's about finding your balance.
Sometimes it's about coming back down.
Sometimes it's simply about standing still long enough to breathe.
And so, as I step into another season, I feel deeply grateful for this journey — for everything it has brought me, everything it has taught me, and for discovering along the way just how much I am capable of creating.
I don't know exactly what the next chapter holds.
And I'm learning to be okay with that.
I'll meet it with curiosity.
With patience.
With an open heart.
One breath at a time 🌿
