My name is Hendrik Struwig from Hartbeespoort. A year ago my sister introduced me to Ginger Love. I needed to drastically lose weight and pay attention to my health.

I also use fresh lemon juice and chopped ginger that I make myself. I take it before every meal with a glass of water or as I drink water during the day. I add this to my salad and also use fresh lemon juice in my food.

I have cut out all the styles, bread and sugar and also cut out to my love for cheese and milk.

During this time I lost 35kg and still busy losing. I feel great and only have one big problem....... New clothes using up my budget.😅
