Most of us spend 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 at our 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗸 every day without really realising what it does to us over time. The long stretches of sitting still, constant screen time, and pressure to keep going without pause can slowly affect how we feel, how we think, and how we function by the end of the day.

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 is a timely reminder to pause and reflect on how we’re working, not just what we’re getting done. Small changes in your day can make a meaningful difference to how you feel by the end of it. A few simple reminders for your workday:
