The Nest Residential Facility for the Aged is looking to employ a Registered Nurse.
The job entails part-time, flexible hours, and some weekend calls.
The applicant must have a driver's license,their own car and be willing to occasionally be asked to attend to a problem outside of working hours.
The job includes but is not limited to:
Management of Care-Givers.
Communication with Drs, Residents, Staff and Families.
Problem solving of common geriatric problems.
Dressings and wound care.
Monitoring of vital signs.
Taking bloods, catheterisations, administration of imi injections.
Management of medication.
End of life nursing care and staff management.
