⭐️personal post ⭐️

I have always been nervous of what my body is capable of!
Although I love studying body movements and helping my patients achieve their movement goals… I don’t have as much confidence in my own personal movement 🤪
Ann-Marie Beneke at VUKA Fitness is a machine at showing me that my biggest body movement restriction is my BRAIN 😉
This morning, I managed a movement I have been terrified of… watch the video for a little laugh.

Burping - It’s only cute when babies do it 😉
This little technique is one that I love showing parents, it works like a charm!
Remember, burping after a feed helps to prevent a sore, gassy tummy for baby later.

Today my day began at 4am.
First time travelling on my own in an incredibly long time! And boy, I was anxious😊 but all for no reason.
I enjoyed a comfortable flight to JHB to attend The Developing Brains seminar, by one of the most amazing Chiropractors I have ever had the privilege to meet.
Day 1 of 4 done, and I cannot wait to learn more!
Neurology & Pediatrics are mind blowingly AMAZING.
