This Pink October, we’re reminded of the importance of breast health awareness, knowing our bodies and speaking to a healthcare professional about any changes that concern us.

A cancer journey can bring many different needs, for the person diagnosed and for those who love and care for them. And those needs can change along the way.

At Robin Trust, our circle of care includes Sub-Acute Care to support recovery, Palliative Care focused on comfort and quality of life, and Care@Home for personalised support in familiar surroundings.

Because care isn't the same for everyone. It's about meeting people where they are, with dignity, compassion and the support they need.

At Robin Trust Sub-Acute & Palliative Care in Pinelands, we provide continued nursing and medical care for patients who need extra support after hospitalisation. It's World Spine Day! 💚 A good reminder to look after our spines and all they help us do every day.

CASE MANAGEMENT WEEK 12 - 18 October

Meet Stephanie Cloete, our Robin Trust Case Manager, who plays an important role in helping patients and families navigate their care journey.

Case management is about more than coordinating services. It is about understanding each person's needs, connecting them with the right support and helping ensure continuity of care from hospital to rehabilitation and, where appropriate, back home.

Through our Sub-Acute Care and Care@Home services, Robin Trust is committed to supporting individuals with compassionate, person-centred care that places dignity, independence and quality of life first.
