When to book short vs long massage sessions.

The answer is simple - if you have a very specific focus area, a quick 20 to 30 minute massage will do the trick. If you are feeling achy in more than one area, book a 45 to an hour session. And if you are struggling with all over stiffness (post big event) or struggling with lower back, book up to a 90 minute session as the lower back specifically connects to so many muscles in the body that could be causing your pain.
