We are hosting again

The Mothers Day picnic conversation is an event driven by the desire to bring women together in growth and in unity.
As mother's we wear multiple hats, some of which becomes a burden and hindrance to our growth. This event is aimed at having these conversations that will allow us to learn, unlearn and relearn from each other, while we sharpern our crowns and realign ourselves to the core essence of who we believe we are.

This is to revive a mother who is clothed with strength and dignity, whose hope is not only in herself and her surroundings but also in Christ.

Join us this Mother's Day
Date: 10 May 2026
Venue: Polokwane Game reserve
Dress Code: Colourful
Fee: R100 (Entrance and Light Refreshments)

A Moment of Gratitude

This month went by so quickly, yet very productive with so many milestones to celebrate.
I find myself reflecting and feeling the overwhelming love and guidance of God. The work I do requires emotional resilience and ability to always be grounded and regulated emotionally, at times I wonder how I have managed to move from one session to the next and still graceful pour into my patients cup effectively. But this verse keeps coming "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength" Philippians 4 verse 13.
I continue to learn, yes, I make mistakes, but I account to them and do better as I grow.

As we end this month, I find myself filled with immense gratitude for everything that God has done for me this month.

March is my birth month, and it so happened that I also started my practice on this same month in 2025, and as if that was all. This past Saturday the 28 March 2026 I started the first of its own seminar on healing and thriving ✨️

The seminar was nothing but the evidence that God is faithful and He covers His own with honor. Every beginning starts small, and for this seminar I saw greatness and grace. We covered issues of diet and how it contributes to the imbalance of our wellbeing, activities of daily living and how they are also occupation that they should not be taken for granted, the importance of physical activities in keeping the body effectively functional in executing activities of daily living. There after we addressed matter of alignment, fulfillment and contentment, that emotional imbalance reduces the sense of meaning and purpose.

I would like to thank everyone who attended and those who contributed as a form of support because you believed in the vision. Furthermore, I would like to thank my family for standing by me and keeping me strengthened. Not forgetting my guest speakers: Dietician and Diabetic Educator Lerato Matlakala, Occupational Therapist Johanna Matsetela and Physiotherapist Sylvester Mashaba from Flexi fizi. Not forgetting my receptionist Dakalo Sinyosi for bringing her A game. You all made this day a success.

To the members of Limpopo Mental Health society, I feel honored to have been graced by your presence πŸ™ŒπŸ½

you are my guardian angels more than just being my siblings and best friends 🧑

thank you for not limiting me, but allowing me to sour high like a eagle ❀️

2026 we start big, with a second office starting to operate in Venda. The aim is to bring healing transformation and restoration where mental health is concerned, and what more than to do it in my home town as an opportunity to serve and give back to the community that had an impact on the person I am today.

I am grateful to be advancing my practice and it can only be by the grace of God.
