Now in stock: Silicone ni**le measuring cards.

This is a tool used to measure your ni**les to make sure that the fl**ge you're using on your breast pump is the correct size for you! Note that ni**le size does not equal fl**ge size. You need to add 3-4mm for the correct size fl**ge.

Eg. A ni**le measurement of 17mm means that a 20-21mm fl**ge would be the correct size for you. 🙌🏻

SILVER NI**LE CUPS ✨

Silver ni**le cups are small cups worn over the ni**les between feeds. Pure silver has natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, and some studies suggest silver may help support healing of sore or cracked ni**les during breastfeeding.

They are commonly used to protect sensitive ni**les from friction, help keep the area moist while healing & reduce direct contact with clothing.

A few important things to note:
✨ They are not a substitute for proper latch support. Persistent pain, bleeding, or damage should always be assessed by a lactation consultant or healthcare professional
✨ Silver ni**le cups should be cleaned regularly
✨ Evidence around silver for ni**le healing is still developing, but current research does support its antimicrobial benefits and role in reducing discomfort

The ones I stock are trilaminate silver (outer layers of silver) with optional silicone for comfort, and come in 2 sizes, depending on your breast/ni**le size. 🪙
