Meet Jackie ✨
If you’ve ever visited The Play Pod, chances are you’ve met Jackie!
Whether you’re coming for speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, or remedial support, Jackie is often the first smile that greets you when you walk through the door and the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you call 📞
Jackie has been part of the family since 2017 and is an integral part of our team. From coordinating appointments and managing diaries to supporting therapists, schools, and families, Jackie keeps all the moving parts running smoothly behind the scenes ⚙️
In fact, around here we like to call her the “wheels of the SpeechPod bus” 🚌 because she keeps everything moving, keeps us on track, and somehow manages to make it all look effortless!
Over the years, Jackie has played a huge role in helping the practice grow - from building relationships with families to supporting our expansion into new schools and helping ensure that every child and family receives the support they need 🌷
What makes Jackie so special? 🌈
Jackie believes in the importance of genuine human connection and brings warmth, kindness, and understanding to every interaction. She has a remarkable ability to make families feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the very first conversation ✨
While our therapists may be the faces in the therapy rooms, Jackie is the person working tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all possible. Her contribution goes far beyond her job title, and we genuinely couldn’t imagine The SpeechPod without her 💞
