OUR 13-WEEK WINTER CONSISTENCY CHALLENGE IS HERE 🍁

This winter at Eden, we’re focusing on one thing: consistency.

From June to August, every class you attend earns you an X on the board — and every X is an entry toward our THREE main prizes:

🥇 First Prize: A weekend away for 2 .on.whiskeycreek

Your spine is one of the most incredible structures in your body - made up of 33 vertebrae, cushioning discs, joints, nerves and muscles all working together to support and move you every single day. 🤸

And yet somehow we’ve started believing our spine is only supposed to move forwards and backwards — or spend hours sitting still.

It was designed to bend, twist, rotate and move.

Regular spinal movement helps with: mobility, posture. stiffness, back pain, circulation, energy levels, even stress and tension

But most people spend their day: sitting, driving, working at desks, looking down at phones - barely moving their spine at all.

That’s one of the reasons Pilates feels SO good.

In our classes, we move the spine the way it was designed to move - through controlled, intentional movement that helps you feel stronger, looser, taller and more connected to your body again!

Consistency isn’t glamorous.

It’s:
• showing up when it’s cold
• coming to class after a long day
• choosing movement even when motivation disappears
• doing the basics over and over again
• starting again after a bad week

And honestly?
That’s usually where the real change happens.

Not in the “all or nothing” moments.
But in the small decisions that keep adding up. ✨

Because one class becomes two.
Two becomes a routine.
And eventually…
you feel stronger & healthier.

This is exactly why we’re starting our Winter Challenge 1st of June 🤎
Not for perfection.
Not for pressure.

But to help you stay consistent during the season where it’s easiest to give up on yourself. 🤍

Now I’m emotionally attached to my business, work every weekend, and consider replying to messages from bed as “rest” 😂

13 weeks. One goal: CONSISTENCY.

This winter, we’re not chasing perfection — we’re showing up for ourselves, one class at a time. 🤎
Every class attended = an X on the board, and the more Xs you collect over the 13 weeks, the more entries you’ll earn into our MAIN DRAW featuring 3 incredible grand prizes!

But that’s not all…
