We’re looking for someone to join our team!

There’s so much I’m excited about for Eden’s next chapter, and I’d love to find someone who can be part of it with us — someone who is passionate about movement, loves working with people and wants to be part of our little community.

✨ Position starting in 2027
✨ Opportunities to shadow, train and learn with our team during 2026.

Think this could be you? Or know someone who would be the perfect fit?

Send us your CV and a little introduction about yourself via WhatsApp or [email protected]

We’d love to hear from you! 🌿

movement should feel good, 🤍
and at Eden, we want you to feel that.

The music, the movement, the energy, the feeling of being so in the moment that you forget about everything else for a little while.

We want your workouts to be more than just something you do for the results. We want them to be something you look forward to, something that makes you feel good, and something you leave feeling better than when you walked in. 🫶🏻🌿

Year-end celebrations, birthdays, bridal parties or baby showers? 🤍

Celebrate differently with a private Eden experience, curated just for you.

Swipe to see how we can make your celebration special →

The studio is completely yours! Enjoy a private session with your favourite people, with the entire room reserved just for your group.

• Minimum of 7 people
• Maximum of 15 people
• Smaller groups are welcome at a set private-group rate.

Want to stay a little longer? You can also book the studio space afterwards at an additional cost.

Your playlist, your style, your kind of experience. You choose what you love, and we’ll tailor the session to your group.

YOU CHOOSE HOW WE MOVE:
• Beginner, intermediate or advanced
• Traditional Pilates or a sculpt-style class
• Rhythmic Pilates or heated Pilates

Whatever you have in mind, we’ll make it yours. ✨

Let’s make it extra special! 🎈

We can arrange helium balloons for each mat, along with a personalised banner, at an additional cost.

Because it’s the little details that make a celebration feel extra special. 🤍

Celebrate at Eden, or let us bring the experience to you!

Whether you have your own venue or are planning something outdoors, we’ll come to you and create a special Eden experience wherever you choose to celebrate.

We never wanted Eden to be just another place to work out. 🤍

No hectic contracts.
No weird joining fees.
No pressure to push through when your body says slow down.
No spending your class cleaning equipment.

We’ll create the atmosphere.
You just show up and move.

Because you’re paying for more than just a workout. 🤎

Come see what makes Eden different.
Book your next class — we’ll take care of the rest.

Whether you’re moving slowly, lifting weights, pulsing to the music or pushing through a challenging sequence — our classes are doing more than working your muscles.

🌬️ Breath — helps regulate your nervous system
🌀 Intentional movement — brings you into your body and out of your head
💪 Strength & resistance — builds physical resilience and confidence
🧠 Body awareness — strengthens the mind-body connection
❤️ Movement & rhythm — can support mood, stress regulation and overall wellbeing

Because every person who walks into a class is carrying something.

Stress. Anxiety. A busy mind. A long day. A body that needs to move.

So come exactly as you are.

We’ll be here for you — to move with you, hold space for you, and remind you that taking care of yourself is never time wasted. 🤎

You don’t have to carry it all alone.
