Here are some options if "No" feels a bit difficult to say....

(Please remember- "No" is a full sentence and you are allowed to say No whenever you head, heart or body needs a break!)

Everyone has some narcissistic traits at times, but when these become an ongoing, long term pattern of interaction in relationships triangulating one's children, or spouse, siblings, colleagues or friends, so much damage is done, that the only option is to get away, end the relationship and leave.
