✨ Case Study: 🇹🇼🇿🇦
This month, a patient with limited mobility on the right side of the body visited our clinic. At the initial consultation, the patient presented with stroke-related symptoms, including severe spontaneous sweating, night sweats, headaches, dizziness, and episodes of nausea and vomiting a few days prior. The blood pressure was as high as 187/103 mmHg, and despite taking antihypertensive medication, it remained elevated and unstable.
The patient had previously consulted several Western medicine physicians and had been hospitalized, but their overall condition did not show significant improvement. Upon a family member’s recommendation, they came to our clinic to seek treatment from Dr. Chen.
During the first visit, the patient required assistance from two people to walk from the parking area to the consultation and treatment room, indicating severely limited mobility. After two weeks of treatment, at the third follow-up visit today, the patient was able to walk independently with a nearly normal gait, demonstrating remarkable improvement, which was truly encouraging.
The patient and their family witnessed this transformation and were overjoyed and deeply moved. The patient later left feedback on a South African medical platform, giving Dr. Chen a five-star rating, which was very encouraging.
In my clinical practice, I am often reminded that doctors merely assist the body in restoring balance—the true healing power comes from within.
Witnessing patients gradually recover is the greatest encouragement for any doctor. 🙏
