A DETOX LIFESTYLE
– Detox Recipes for at least once a month for a week!
1) Beetroot Detox Recipe
1 beet
2 carrots
1 red apple
1 thumb-size piece of ginger
Put the Juicer first on blend and then on juice. Add a little water before you start juicing. If the juice is not thin, pour into a strainer before you drink it.
2) The Go-Getter Detox Recipe
3 Apples
2 Carrots
2 Celery Stalks
Celery is a diuretic that can help the body shed water retention. It is also a great source of naturally occurring sodium, which can help the body maintain its careful balance while you are fasting.
Carrots are high in Vitamin A and make the juice taste sweet. Apple juices aid in digestion, the eradication of bodily toxins, and regulation of blood sugar and even blood pressure.
3) Blue Grapefruit Smoothie
1/2 Grapefruit
15 Grapes
1 1/2 Cup Blueberries
Put your Blender/Juicer first on Blend, and then on Smoothie. Delicious!
4) Pure Melon Boost Detoxer
½ Cantaloupe (Spanspek)
Cantaloupe is the most nutritious of all fruits and does well when juiced alone. Blend the rind in with the flesh of the fruit and enjoy this cancer fighting, immunity builder drink as a special tasty treat.
5) The Belly Settler Detox Juice Recipe for Digestion
5 Carrots
2 Apples
12 Spinach leaves
6) Beet Cool Body Detox Juice
½ Beet
½ Cucumber
5 Carrots
Beets regenerate red blood cells and are fantastic for flushing toxins, but should be used sparingly and always in the company of other fruit or vegetables that make up the majority of the drink. Cucumber juice has a very light and refreshing taste. One of its more superficial benefits is that it has been suggested its inclusion may make for a juicing recipe for hair growth.
7) Green Garlic Monster
½ Cucumber
2 Large Handfuls of Spinach
½ Cup Cabbage
3 Carrots
1 Garlic Clove
Honey to taste
Juice, cool in fridge and drink.

The Bible presents good health as a positive thing and something to be sought and appreciated. Common greetings in both the Old and New Testaments includes wishes for good health and long life (1 Samuel 25:5-6; 3 John 1:2). Our bodies are the temple (tabernacle, tent or house) of the Holy Spirit and, as such, need to be cared for and kept in good health (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
God bless your health friend!
