🌟 Theme of the Week: Touch 🌟
25 – 29 June
This week at Asjassies Pre-Primary, our learners explored the wonderful sense of touch. Through fun hands-on activities, they discovered different textures such as soft, rough, smooth, hard, warm, and cold. 🖐️✨
Touch helps children learn about the world around them and develop important sensory and fine motor skills. Our little ones enjoyed feeling, exploring, and describing a variety of objects while learning through play. 🤗🎨🧸

🧁 Bakers of the Day – 29 May 🌟🧁
A big thank you to all our parents and little ones who supported their friends in class during our Bakers of the Day on 29 May. 😊
Your support, enthusiasm, and participation helped make the day a wonderful success. The learners enjoyed buying and selling, while learning valuable skills and having lots of fun with their classmates.

🌟🩴 Asjassies Pre Primary Slipper Day 🩴🌟
On Friday, 29 May, our little ones proudly took part in Slipper Day, the annual fundraising campaign of the Reach For A Dream Foundation. 💙✨
The school was filled with excitement as learners arrived in their favourite slippers, bringing smiles, laughter, and lots of fun to the day! 😊
Thank you to all our parents and learners for supporting this wonderful cause and helping to make dreams come true for children in need. 🌈💛

22 May was once again a wonderful market day at Asjassies! 🎉🛍️
The learners, staff, and parents who sent products enjoyed every moment with great excitement. There were lots of smiles, buying and selling, and special memories made together. 💛

🍪🧁 Asjassies Pre Primary – Bakers Day 🧁🍪
On 15 May we had our first Bakers Day!
It was a very busy but exciting day for everyone. 🎉
Our learners learned how to use money to buy something special for themselves. 💰🍭 This helped them to learn important life skills while having lots of fun with their friends.

🍂🍁 Theme of the Week: Autumn 🍁🍂
At Asjassies Pre Primary we learned all about the beautiful season of Autumn! 🌳🍃
Our little Asjassies explored the different colours of the leaves, cooler weather, falling leaves and autumn nature. 🍂🧡
We had lots of fun with autumn activities, art, stories and songs while learning through play. 🎨📚🎶
Our classes were filled with happy smiles and creative little hands! 😊✨

Safety: Home, Roads, and School 🛡️
Safety at home and on the roads was very important ❤️. Children were taught to stay away from danger, listen to adults, and cross roads safely 🚸.
At school, safety drills were done and practiced regularly 🔔. Children were guided on what to do in emergencies so they stayed calm and safe.
These practices helped keep everyone protected 😊.
