Engaging your core correctly protects your spine, improves posture, and makes every movement more effective.
Steps to Engage Your Core:
1.Stand or sit tall – shoulders back, chest lifted
2.Draw your belly button in toward your spine
3.Tighten your lower abs without holding your breath
4.Maintain engagement while moving your arms or legs
5.Breathe normally – don’t let tension restrict your breathing

Lunges are excellent for building leg strength, improving balance, and activating glutes. Here’s how to do them safely:
Steps for a Proper Lunge:
1.Stand tall, feet hip-width apart
2.Step one foot forward, keeping your torso upright
3.Lower your back knee toward the floor (don’t let it touch)
4.Both knees should form roughly 90-degree angles
5.Keep your front knee over your ankle, not past your toes
6.Push through the front heel to return to standing
7.Repeat on the other leg
Tips:
• Keep your core engaged
• Don’t lean forward or arch your back
• Start without weights to master the form
